By accessing, browsing, or using the Handy Hunks Exterior Services website, or by submitting any form, quote request, service inquiry, or communication, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and service plan members of Handy Hunks Exterior Services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or engage with our services.

By engaging in any of the following, you agree to these terms:

  • Scheduling services
  • Enrolling in a service plan
  • Communicating with the company
  • Using our online tools or calculators

Section 2: Description of Services

Handy Hunks Exterior Services provides professional exterior cleaning and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida, including Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and surrounding communities.

Services provided include:

  • Pressure washing (driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks)
  • Soft washing (house exteriors, delicate surfaces)
  • Roof cleaning (soft-wash treatment for shingles and tiles)
  • Window cleaning (interior and exterior)
  • Gutter cleaning and maintenance
  • Paver cleaning and sealing
  • Lanai and screen enclosure cleaning
  • Commercial exterior cleaning

All services are performed based on site-specific conditions, and we reserve the right to modify or decline services at our discretion if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or outside the scope of our expertise.

Section 3: Estimates, Pricing & Quote Tool Disclaimer

Any pricing provided through our website, including online quote tools or estimators, is intended for informational and estimation purposes only. Quotes submitted through the website are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary after an in-person inspection or evaluation of the property.

Pricing may vary due to:

  • Estimates are based solely on the information you provide
  • Inaccurate square footage or property details may affect pricing
  • Surface condition (heavily stained, previously sealed, damaged) impacts cost
  • Accessibility or logistical challenges may require adjustments
  • Additional labor, materials, or preparation work may be required
  • Minimum service charges may apply regardless of calculated estimate
  • Stripping old or failing sealer may significantly impact final pricing
  • Multi-story properties or difficult access areas may incur additional fees
  • Condition of gutters, windows, or roofing materials affects service scope

Important: Submission of a quote request does not constitute a contract or guarantee of service. A final price will be confirmed after inspection, and no work will begin without customer approval of the final pricing.

Section 4: Scheduling, Deposits & Payments

All services must be scheduled and confirmed directly with our team. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Handy Hunks Exterior Services may require deposits for certain projects, particularly large-scale work or paver sealing services.

We reserve the right to:

  • Require deposits prior to booking certain services (typically 25-50% for large projects)
  • Adjust scheduling due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Reschedule services when necessary to ensure proper results and safety
  • Cancel services if payment arrangements are not honored
  • Prioritize service plan members over one-time service requests

Cancellation Policy: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice), rescheduling without adequate notice, or failure to provide access to the property may result in cancellation fees or trip charges up to $75.

Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur late fees of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Section 5: Service Plans & Membership Terms

Handy Hunks Exterior Services offers recurring service plans designed to maintain your property throughout the year. Service plans provide scheduled maintenance visits, priority booking, and member-exclusive benefits. By enrolling in a service plan, you agree to the following terms.

Available Service Plans:

Essential Plan

1 visit per year with 2 services per visit. Annual maintenance to keep your home HOA-ready.

Home Care Plan

2 visits per year with 3 services per visit. Spring and fall schedule for year-round protection.

Elite Plan

4 visits per year with all services quarterly. Complete property maintenance with maximum benefits.

Service Plan Terms:

  • Service plans are billed annually in advance or may be split into monthly payments with prior arrangement
  • Plan pricing is locked for the duration of your membership and will not increase mid-term
  • Scheduled visits will be coordinated in advance; customers will receive notification before each visit
  • Missed visits due to customer unavailability may be rescheduled but cannot be carried over to the next year
  • Service plan members receive priority scheduling over one-time service requests
  • Additional services outside the plan scope can be added at member-discounted rates
  • Plans automatically renew annually unless cancelled in writing 30 days before renewal date
  • Plan benefits including free gutter cleaning, track cleaning, or inspections are non-transferable and have no cash value

Plan Eligibility & Property Requirements:

Service plans are available for residential properties within our service area. Properties must meet the following requirements:

  • Property must be located within our Southwest Florida service area
  • Property must be accessible for service during normal business hours
  • Customer must maintain active and accurate contact information
  • Property conditions must be suitable for the services included in the plan

Section 6: Service Plan Cancellation & Refunds

Service plans may be cancelled by providing written notice to Handy Hunks Exterior Services. Cancellation terms vary based on timing and services already rendered.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation within 14 days of enrollment: Full refund if no services have been performed
  • Cancellation after services have begun: Prorated refund minus the value of services already performed at standard (non-member) rates
  • Cancellation within 30 days of scheduled service: No refund for that scheduled visit
  • To prevent auto-renewal, written notice must be received at least 30 days before the renewal date
  • Plan benefits (free services, inspections, etc.) are forfeited upon cancellation

Important: If you cancel a service plan after receiving services at member rates, the refund calculation will be based on the difference between what you paid and what those services would have cost at our standard one-time service rates.

Section 7: Customer Responsibilities & Site Preparation

To ensure efficient and safe service, customers are responsible for properly preparing the property before our team arrives. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, rescheduling, or incomplete service.

Customer responsibilities include:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services or quotes
  • Ensure clear and safe access to all service areas (driveways, walkways, roof access)
  • Remove or secure personal property, vehicles, furniture, plants, or obstacles from service areas
  • Ensure water access is available if required (outdoor spigot must be functional)
  • Secure pets and animals during service — pets must be kept indoors or away from work areas
  • Close all windows and doors before service begins to prevent water intrusion
  • Notify us of any pre-existing damage, delicate surfaces, loose materials, or areas requiring special attention
  • Inform us of any recent repairs, new installations, or changes to the property
  • Ensure someone is available or accessible by phone during the scheduled service time
  • Provide gate codes, keys, or access instructions if the property is gated or locked

Disclaimer: Handy Hunks Exterior Services is not responsible for damages resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions, improper installations, aged materials, or failure to follow preparation guidelines.

Section 8: Service Results & Limitations

While we use professional-grade equipment and proven techniques to achieve the best possible results, the customer understands and agrees that exterior cleaning services are affected by many factors beyond the company's control.

Customer acknowledges:

  • Not all stains, discoloration, mold, mildew, rust, or buildup can be fully removed
  • Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and material of surfaces
  • Some surfaces may experience minor changes in appearance due to cleaning
  • Previously sealed, painted, or damaged surfaces may require additional services
  • Weather, surface age, previous treatments, and environmental factors affect outcomes
  • Organic growth (algae, mold, mildew) may return over time due to Florida's climate
  • Efflorescence on pavers is a natural occurrence and not caused by cleaning
  • Oil stains, rust stains, and certain chemical stains may be permanent
  • Cleaning may reveal underlying damage that was previously hidden by dirt or buildup

Our Commitment: We do not guarantee perfection, but we do guarantee professional effort, industry-standard practices, and our full attention to achieving the best possible results for your property.

Section 9: Paver Sealing & Specialty Services

For paver sealing and similar specialty services, pricing is typically based on square footage and surface condition. These services require specific conditions and customer understanding of the process and expectations.

Paver Sealing Terms:

  • Additional charges apply for stripping old or failing sealers before new application
  • Drying and curing times (typically 24-48 hours) must be respected — no foot or vehicle traffic
  • Environmental factors (weather, moisture, temperature, humidity) may affect results and timelines
  • Sealing is a protective and aesthetic enhancement, not a permanent solution
  • Maintenance may be required over time to maintain appearance and protection
  • Sealer appearance (wet look, matte, satin) should be discussed and agreed upon before service
  • Slippery conditions may occur when sealed surfaces are wet
  • Tire marks and hot tire pickup may occur on freshly sealed surfaces
  • Joint sand stabilization is included but settling may occur over time

Important: Customers acknowledge that proper maintenance extends the life of sealed surfaces. Failure to follow post-service care instructions may void warranty coverage.

Section 10: Property Damage & Liability

Handy Hunks Exterior Services takes reasonable precautions to protect property during service and maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, the company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or aged materials.

We are not liable for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing structural issues or defects
  • Improperly installed surfaces, fixtures, or materials
  • Aged, deteriorated, or weathered materials
  • Loose siding, trim, or roofing components
  • Weak, failing, or improperly sealed window seals
  • Failing paint, coatings, or previous sealant applications
  • Rotted wood, rusted metal, or compromised substrates
  • Landscaping damage from normal water runoff during service
  • Items not removed from service areas despite preparation instructions

Responsibility: Customers must inform the company of known vulnerabilities, recent repairs, or areas of concern before service begins. Failure to disclose known issues releases the company from liability for related damages.

Section 11: Warranty Terms

Certain services may include limited warranty coverage. Warranty coverage applies only under the conditions described in our official Warranty document and is subject to all terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined therein.

Warranty coverage varies by service type. Paver sealing services include up to a 2-year limited warranty, while cleaning services include a 30-day workmanship warranty.

Section 12: Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website in any way. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for violations of these terms or any activity that may harm the business or its operations.

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise website functionality
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with forms or services
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission

  • Not submit spam, automated requests, or bulk inquiries
  • Not misuse the system for non-service purposes
  • Understand that quotes are estimates and subject to verification

Misuse of the quote tool or service calculators may result in restricted access to website features and blocking of IP addresses.

Section 14: Communication Consent

By submitting your information through this website, enrolling in a service plan, or requesting services, you expressly consent to being contacted by Handy Hunks Exterior Services. These communications are used only for business purposes related to service inquiries, scheduling, and account management.

Communication methods include:

Section 15: Email & Messaging Systems

We utilize third-party platforms to manage and deliver communications, including transactional emails related to quotes, scheduling, confirmations, and invoices.

By using our website, you acknowledge that:

  • Email delivery is subject to external systems and providers
  • We are not responsible for delays, filtering, or failed delivery due to spam filters

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Handy Hunks Exterior Services, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • Inaccurate or false information provided by you
  • Failure to meet customer responsibilities outlined in these terms
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Violation of any third-party rights
  • Any claims made by third parties related to your property or actions

Section 19: Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will become effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically.

Service Plan Members: Material changes to terms affecting service plan benefits or pricing will be communicated to active members via email at least 30 days before taking effect.

Section 20: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be resolved in accordance with Florida state law.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collier County, Florida.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
