Before each scheduled visit, we'll reach out to confirm which services you'd like performed. Essential members choose 2 services, Home Care members choose 3, and Elite members get all 4 services every time. You can change your selections each visit based on what your home needs most.

House Wash includes a full exterior soft wash of your home's siding, fascia, and soffits. Window Cleaning covers all exterior windows plus tracks and screens on Home Care and Elite plans. Lanai Pressure Wash includes your screen enclosure, patio, and pool deck area. Driveway Cleaning covers your driveway, walkways, and any concrete surfaces.

Absolutely! Plan members receive 15% off any additional services not included in their regular visit. This includes roof soft washing, gutter cleaning (for Home Care members), paver sealing, and more. Just let us know what you need.

Your membership rate stays the same for the entire year, regardless of any price increases. When you renew, you'll continue to receive member pricing which is typically 10-20% less than our regular rates.

We'll work with you to establish your preferred service schedule—whether that's spring and fall for Home Care, quarterly for Elite, or a single annual visit for Essential. You'll receive reminders before each visit and can reschedule if needed with at least 48 hours notice.

Plans are billed annually and cover all scheduled visits for the year. You can cancel anytime, though we do ask for notice before your next scheduled service. Many customers stay with us year after year because of the convenience and value.
